Nellie Cole, John Woodall and Ros Woolner share their fresh, funny & moving pamphlet poetry from Offa’s Press.

 

 

Nellie Cole was born in 1996 in the Black Country. She began writing poetry while studying at the University of Birmingham.

 

Since then her work has appeared online and in print, in anthologies This is Not Your Final Form (The Emma Press, 2017) and The Poetry of the Black Country (Offa’s Press, 2017).

 

She works as a poetry workshop leader and mentor.

 

 

John Woodall lives in Wolverhampton where he reads regularly at ‘City Voices’.

 

He performed at the Wolverhampton Comedy Festival in 2017, the Wolverhampton Original Literature Festival in 2018 and at other events across the region.

 

 

Ros Woolner lives in Wolverhampton with her partner and two teenage children.

 

Her poem Sack of Night came second in the Wolverhampton Original Literature Festival competition.

 

She works as a translator and is a member of Cannon Poets, Bilston Writers and Blakenhall Writers
