Nurse Brown from Jamaica is a free, short play searching for answers:

What was the woman in the mysterious portrait really like? What is her legacy to us? and What is she trying to tell us with her hands?"

Jefny Ashcroft is a playwright and local historian whose drama (frequently free) are regularly Arts Council-supported. She uses real events in Wolverhampton’s history to throw light on the city’s future, as well as its past.
