The rhythmic thwack of a walking stick on cobbles, dappled light on corduroy suits and knitted ties. The cut out horses by the train track. The stone faces on the church doorway and the shadow of the tower block on the bypass. Fractured monologues and dream like interludes. Half remembered truths and historical inaccuracies.
Oh, and planet of the apes.
