Spend a delightful afternoon with Annie Murray, author of Chocolate Girls, Meet Me Under the Clock and The Women of Lilac Street which was shortlisted for the Romantic Novelists Association Historical Novel award. Her first Birmingham novel, Birmingham Rose, hit The Times bestseller list when it was published in 1995.

 

She has subsequently written many other successful novels,  The latest is called The Doorstep Child and is about Evie Sutton who appears in War Babies.

 

Currently writing her next novel set in 1904 then during WW1, Annie will be discussing her books and how she researches them There;ll also be a Q&A for you to put your questions to her.
