Wolverhampton Literature Festival

About

This popular event is now entering its fourth year and thanks to funding from Arts Council it is now a regular feature on the city’s calendar.

We have a great variety of entertainment lined up for the three-day festival with over 70 different events across many venues in the city. Visitors will be able to listen to talks, watch performances and take part in practical workshops too. Whether you want to be inspired and entertained by writers and poets or share your own literary and performance skills, there really is something for everyone.

The Wolverhampton Literature Festival takes place the first weekend in February and showcases the very best of writers, speakers, performers, thinkers, activists and artists from across the UK.

This weekend will see the City of Wolverhampton come to life through literature and visitors of all ages to the festival are able to experience high quality events within our spectacular venues across the city.
